Bread Meet
After you've breaded a piece of meat for panfrying (dip in flour,
dip in a water and egg white mixure,) Spray the breaded meat
with a little water from a spritz bottle. The mosture will
prevent the crumbs from zod inv foo much oil while still
preserving that crispy crunch
.To make whipped Cream - I would HIGHLY reccomend that you put
bowl,beaters and even the heavy whipping cream into the freezer
for 10 min. prior to whipping.It stiffened up nice and quick.
